Kawasaki Australia has released pricing on the refined KLR 650, set to get a new lease on life as a 2022 model. Now Euro5 compliant and sporting a range of updates from the engine to the suspension chassis and electronics, the bike now represents a lower-end machine that’s not all that dated in terms of baseline offerings and retaining that simplicity that makes it so appealing to many.

The 2022 KLR 650 Adventure is priced from $11,181.
Final pricing is dependant on where you’re buying from, so check on Kawi’s website here for the most accurate ride away quote.

The Adventure model arrives with a few more bits and pieces fitted and a groovy camo graphics kit.
- Fog lamps
- Panniers
- Frame sliders
- DC and USB sockets.

Given the KLR 650 has hung around the sub-10-grand mark for some time it’s good to see the improved model not copping a hefty price increase.
The KLR 650 might not have the deep performance focus of most new models but it is reliable and proven through years of adventures and isn’t asking a bank-busting price to get you out exploring far and wide.
