When the project was first announced some months ago there was a deal of excitement given the 800MT will be running the same engine platform as the KTM 790 Adventure as well as KYB suspension.
Being the first full-blooded foray into big-bore adventure from a Chinese manufacturer the two main questions were; is the componentry solid and what price can they bring this in at.

CFMOTO Australia has now revealed the two models will come in at:
$12,990 for the Sports model (cast wheels)
$13,990 for the Touring model (spoked wheels) with a three year, unlimited-kilometre warranty on offer for both.
That’s a pretty nice price point for a bike this size with a proven powerplant and KYB suspension. How the rest of the componentry shapes up we’ll have to wait and see but the standard equipment listed is also good.
